David A. Casavant, CFM is the President of
the Carlyle Consulting Group, a consulting firm
based in Lake Worth, Florida.
The
Carlyle Consulting group focuses on

prepardness in both the public and private

Example of Online Survey
When we deliver an OSHA training
workshop we always include details that are specific to your
organization. We are able to accomplish that by developing an
online survey page that we forward to your employees. They
are instructed to take a short survey and then they receive
a bonus report just for participating. The results of each
survey are sent to our office and we compile the results and
incorporate them into the workshop. Your employees will
appreciate the unique & customized content!

How Much Does This Cost?
Probably less than you think!
The OSHA training can be delivered in keynote, half
day, full day or multiple day increments. You can choose 10
hour or 30 hour OSHA authorized workshops if you'd like. We have even
delivered a two hour training session over a dinner in the
evening!
